Voucher Terms

1. All vouchers are valid for exactly 12 months after the point of purchase. After this point, the voucher will be invalid. This refers to the date of booking the event. If the date of the event falls outside this window that is fine, however the booking must be confirmed with a 25% deposit paid as per my terms and conditions within 12 months of purchasing the voucher.

2. The voucher may be forwarded to the individual it is intended for. Vouchers are individually coded and logged, therefore can only be used once. You may print off the voucher if you intend on sending it.

3. Any voucher, once purchased cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

4. When making a booking, I will require the voucher code, amount and colour to validate the booking. a deposit will still be required to confirm a booking. This is calculated as 25% of (the package cost minus the voucher value), e.g. a £100 voucher used towards my Gold package worth £400 would mean that I would require 25% of £300 which is a £75 deposit.

5. The customer who purchased the voucher has 30 days from point of payment to request a refund. After this point, a refund cannot be issued.

6. If you require a different amount, please contact me via thuttlestone1997@gmail.com. You can purchase more than one voucher at a time if needed.
